ACE-Dabbagh is a partnership between Saudi consulting house of Abdullah Dabbagh and Pakistan based company Associated Consulting Engineers – ACE (Pvt) Ltd operating internationally since 1958.

For a period of over three decades ACE has lent its services as consultants for Haramain Projects assisting Ministry of Finance & National Economy and later M/s Binladin Company who have the honor of being responsible for all design and construction projects related to Haramain Al Sharifain including the most prestigious First and Second Saudi extensions of Masjid Al Haram and Masjid Al Nabavi Al Sharif.

With permanent staff numbering over 600, and experience of almost five decades, the partnership operates as an independent consultancy practice offering specialised services including research, feasibility studies, site investigations, detail design, construction supervision, contract management, monitoring and training in various engineering disciplines. The partnership's design and drawing offices are equipped with advance computer facilities and a Quality Assurance System ensures consistent high level of services.
